Work - Wear Wednesday

Inspiration - Clemence Poesy

I have no idea where the sun has gone this week. London is looking stereotypically grey. I looked down at my hands this morning and noticed that had cracked and chapped in the cold. I promptly whipped out the suede gloves which I keep in my bag.

My favourite inspiration for days like today is Clemence Poesy. She radiates a glow even in sullen climes. I believe a sunny disposition and a cool aloof expression is probably the best thing for fending away the smog of dull days- that, and a good pair of gloves!

  1. I know, I can't beleive this weather! I am back in the tights after two days without them! Good shout on the gloves.
I love Clemence Poesy, so effortlessly cool and such a great work look - if you can get away with it! Her hair is amazing! xx

  4. I find dressing in winter the hardest thing, there's only so much you can do with a coat and I permanently feel frumpy and uninspired. When it comes to spring however, you just have to step outside your front door to discover that everyone's rediscovered their wardrobes again, it's wonderful! :) xx

  8. She's so gorgeous!

In Oslo it's sunny, but still cold. But when I look out of the window in the morning it looks really warm and I leave the house with far to little clothes and get a nasty cold. This happens every year, you would think by now I would have learned!!

  9. Ohh, I love her style. (ie- the blue coat in the first picture). I think there's something about blonde hair that is cheerful. Stay warm!
